We are a criminal justice reform group. Our primary mission is to advocate for balanced justice in plea bargains, sentencing and second chances.

We support the balanced application of laws  particularly when it comes to if people are charged, how people are charged, and the fair and ethical use of power especially by prosecutors.

While we give special focus to criminal justice reform centered on advocating for second chances, exposing  imbalance within our plea bargain system and highlighting cruel sentences, we emphatically support law enforcement and prosecutorial protection from those who are a clear threat to communities and released too soon.

We advocate for those individuals who have inequitable sentences and are deserving of grace and a second chance.
